Direct from 1D HQ is the name of a radio show One Direction hosted during a weekend segment on Key 103. The show aired from 3pm-4pm on Sundays.

Key 103 announced on January 13, 2012 that, for five weeks, each member of One Direction would host their own show. As well as playing their favorite songs, they would talk about what life is like in One Direction.
The takeover dates were as follows:
