The standard edition of Up All Night has thirteen tracks. The same version with the same tracklisting was released internationally, with the exception of the United States. The U.S. version replaced the original "Gotta Be You" song with a "2012 U.S. Version" for an undisclosed reason.
The Walmart exclusive was released in the United States and Canada. It was only available through Walmart stores and a limited number were available through the website. It is the standard edition packaged with five photo trading cards with band facts printed on the back.

The physical version of the Yearbook edition was released in A5 'yearbook' packaging. It includes all the tracks from the standard version, plus two bonus tracks. The yearbooks includes profiles and pictures of the band, a handwritten introduction from Niall, and a sticket set.
The Souvenir Edition was released in Australia, New Zealand, and the Philippines. It was packaged with a cardboard slipcover. It contains all eleven tracks from the standard release of "Up All Night", plus five bonus tracks, and a 32-page booklet. The Austalian and New Zealand release also came with 5 individual photocards that contain a handwritten message from each member in the back.

To celebrate their visit to Mexico, One Direction released "Up All Night - The Mexican Souvenir Edition" as a souvenir for Mexican fans. It contains all the tracks on the album "Up All Night", plus five bonus tracks. In addition, this deluxe edition includes a 32-page booklet and a unique code with which the fans can have exclusive access to interviews, messages, photos, behind the scenes and greetings from the members of One Direction while they visited Mexico on June 12, 2012.
